All I can say is that you never cease to amaze. Wonderful work.

Thank you for your continued support! More uploads coming up today... A slight change of plan. I am inspired to write a final track for this year, as a solo piano composition (a good friend from NG inspired me deeply). I feel that I don't want to betray this specific inspiration, and I'm going to celebrate New Year's Eve with some friends at my Cabin. I know I've been super weak at the BRUCE project lately, as things keep coming up, but with a new year comes new energy and more time! I'm still super inspired for Audra's theme :)
I'm at the point now where I want to know the length, approximately? Knowing an approximate length of the track, will make the piece easier to arrange properly :D

Wow, you really want me to be sad, don't you.. Just kidding. This is magnificent and also reminds me of the past, not so much the Where are you Christmas but just the memories long gone. So I must make new ones and this reminds me to do that. Thank you for your talent.

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Haha, sorry for that. I have a thing for sad music, you know... Christmas can be a bit of a double edged sword at times, I guess. I also have a thing for sentimentality and nostalgia in music, which is why I think a lot of the time, my music turns out like this. Thank you for listening, and for reviewing!

Why is this making me almost cry. I don't know.. It reminds me of Where are you Christmas. My father had passed last Christmas, a few days before Christmas. My mom was sick and couldn't come over this year to spend time with us so although it was a nice, simple get together with my wife and kids in the background it was sad and cold for me because people weren't there. This reminds me of Where are you Christmas blended with memories of the past like my father and my mother. Thank you for reminding me, it was nice to go back and to never forget the good times I had shared with my dad. I love him, I miss him even though I know where he is. Thank you :)

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

It's a shame to hear about your father, truly. Christmas is a time when we remember those who are no longer here. And the older you get, the more people that used to be around for Christmas, aren't there anymore, which is very sad. On the other hand, you might find some new people around the Christmas tree now and then.

I can see the resemblance to "Where are you Christmas?" for sure. Many Christmas track bear similar elements to them, of course. This piece, is indeed supposed to get you to remember the Christmasses that have been. That can be for good or for bad, of course. The other Christmas piece I made this year, is perhaps an even sadder version.

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the piece despite almost crying. Thank you, a lot!

I LOVE BACON!!!

ktgen responds:

THANKS!!!! ME TOO!!!!

It's a lovely tune without our howls too. I think you are one of those people who could take a turd, polish it and it would turn into solid gold smelling like Tinkerbell lilac bushes.

But seriously, in all honesty you are a genius. Let me bring up the one I wasn't to big a fan of. It was still good. My point is you can do great things with just whatever is around you and it shows. Your a visionary and I don't care what anyone else says. You know what your doing and I am glad to have met you :)

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Why thank you. I decided to upload this separately as well, as a few people asked me to, once I asked them if I should. I think anyone can make something beautiful out of anything, if they set their minds to it. I'm sure you can too ;)

Don't worry about criticising my stuff. I know that some of it is worse at times, and that some is better. And even if I put a lot of work into something, I appreciate criticism if it's warranted, and I don't really take offence, ever. Thanks a lot for the very, very kind words :3

Chills, my friend. It brought one of the hugest smiles to my face. I think of a 1920's/40's smokey bar or speakeasy with the dame and the hard nosed, distinguished chin looking man sipping a martini and smoking in the dark, glaring at the sexy singer. Very nice, relaxing and full of life in my opinion.

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Thanks, Jay :3
Yeah, I was definitely imagining that kind of bar when making this. I'm glad to hear that you liked it. Sorry I haven't updated you lately, but I've been pretty busy (apart from the anime I watched), so I don't have anything physical yet. But I have tons of ideas for Audra's theme now (I've been playing around on the piano, and been getting myself some inspiration). I'm hoping to catch a lot of different emotions in the track, which all connect together to reflect her.
Also, good work with your uploads lately! You sure do a lot, quickly :D

WOW! I can hear the difference!!! Very nice :)

Reminds me of a track from Resident Evil with the clock. Very cool and I am glad to add this one to the BRUCE sound track and share it with the animation team. Im sure they will enjoy it too.

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

I could've sworn I responded to this earlier... Oh well, maybe there was some random connection issue and my reply wasn't saved. Thanks a lot for reviewing!
I hope they will enjoy it indeed :3

Reminds me of a 1980's pop/rock track from a teen flick. Cool piece :)

Reminds me of a classic Nintendo game. For some odd reason it reminds me of Zelda games, lol Very enchanting yet battle laden. Sweet and simple.

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Yeah, I can see the Zelda comparison to some extent :p
Thanks for leaving a review!
